The photobook "Where Are You A Local?" has now been published by Silvergrass Press. It is a collaborative book in a limited edition of 58.  Printed on a heavy bonded paper by Kenilworth Press it is supported by bookRoom and UCA Farnham.

The photographers involved were asked to interpret the question "Where Are You A Local?" and respond in pictures and words. These were then curated into an A3 sheet for each person involved. Readers are invited to read, unfold, curate, reassemble and contribute....

The book is available for £22.00 plus postage from here. Since publication it has appeared at Photo Book Fairs in Bristol (BABE), Bath (Fringe Arts), Small Publishers in London and featured in the annual Format Festival in Derby. It is also now in three library collections :- You can now find it in the wonderful ‘Water in the Library’ project as a part of the extensive digitised collection of VADS and most recently in the Photographic Centre North West in Seattle.

The collaborators, Elizabeth Ransom, Nigel Walker, Nuria Castro, Liz King, Jack Matts, Leah Band, Noemi, Julia Neal and Emma Lambert are now seeking to extend the project in a way that can help others explore their local. Watch this space !!
